I have been looking for a Truck for about 8 months. My wife went to Folsom Buick GMC to get her car serviced and saw a nice GMC 1500 on the showroom floor and let me know how helpful and customer friendly the Service and Sales team were to her. I went a few days later to take a look at the Truck and Angel Perez (the Sales Representative) did a great job of answering all my questions and explaining the details of the GMC 1500 Elevation that I purchased. Mike in Finance was also very helpful and explained the details of each charge listed on the agreement. Jay (sales manager) was also very customer service oriented and helpful. It made for a smooth purchase and good customer experience. I would highly recommend Folsom Buick GMC to other potential buyers.

Received the appointment that I needed. My truck received immediate service and was returned to me as I waited within a reasonable amount of time. I was informed about what services I should get in the near future by Butch. I came to your service department last year looking for the great service I did NOT get at the dealer in Placerville.....(enough said).
