  I recently had “The Works” service performed on my Jeep Compass which is where it was purchased. Lacey was amazing in her customer service provided. While waiting for my services, I saw Lacey go above & beyond in assisting several customers- her co-worker said she was awesome & I completely agree! The staff were professional and my Jeep was ready in no time including a wash. So happy with all services provided at Folsom Ford.

  Marvin Marroquin was absolutely amazing!!!! He made the process so easy and so quick. I would highly recommend Marvin. He responds to all my texts and phone calls. He was very friendly and professional.

  I am so happy with the service that I received from the Service Department in May 2022! I had a horrendous experience with my roadside assistance company. They left me on the side of US Highway 50 for 5 hours without successfully sending me a tow truck. No CHP in sight either. My mother-in-law finally had to come get me from 2 1/2 hours away. While waiting for my tow, I discovered that the repair facility my insurance wanted me to be towed to was closed. I called Ford in Folsom Lake and asked if it would still be okay to drop my vehicle if they were closed and have them do the repairs. Dave was so very nice and said it was no problem. I dropped my truck off as instructed. I was told that they probably wouldn't get a chance to look at it until Tuesday (I left it on a Saturday evening). To my surprise, they called on Monday and had already diagnosed the issue...and it was going to be less expensive than I thought! They finished the repair well before the anticipated date they advised it would be done. I could not have been happier with this experience and appreciate all of the kind people that I spoke with when having the repairs done.

  My Sales Representative Scott Berry Jr. was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment my initial online order was placed, until my vehicle arrived, he was there with me through every step in the process. He was helpful throughout and was always quick to respond to any questions or needs I had. Even when he was out sick, he was still there to assist. I would also like to thank Kentucky who stepped in to help with my final purchase, since Scott was out the day my Bronco became ready to purchase. Both were incredibly helpful and deserve very high praise for their efforts and assistance.
  
  I was also incredibly appreciative that when it came time to sit down and purchase my vehicle there was no last-minute mark-ups. As someone who had been following the Bronco release drama for months before mine became available, it was so incredibly nice to know that my dealer came through and upheld their agreement to sell my vehicle for the agreed upon MSRP I originally signed off on. I had seen so many stories of other dealerships marking up their vehicles, blind-siding their customers at the last-minute. So, it was so very nice to see that there are still dealers out there willing to do the right thing.
  
  I honestly couldn't be happier with this process, or with my Bronco. I would like to thank everyone who helped me along the way, from Scott and Kentucky to the Financing Dept. and the Internet Part Ordering Dept. To everyone at Folsom Lake Ford Thank you so very much!

Ripoff Report | Folsom Lake Ford Review - Folsom, California

I took my 2015 Ford Explorer to Folsom Lake Ford for air conditioning repairs on 5-12-21. They did a great job fixing things, but someone, perhaps while backing this large vehicle out of a parking spot, scraped the side of my car. The scrape is about 15" long and 1/2" wide. And, instead of reporting the damage, it was touched up! But not very well.
