Overall, getting a new phone was efficient and almost pleasant. Staff answered my questions and helped decide on options. All my apps transferred without a problem.
The only downside wasn't evident for several days. My music had not been copied. By then it was too late. I should have insisted on verification.
The young man that helped us purchase 2 phones, migrate the data, etc. etc. Had excellent customer and technical skills. He maneuvered between 4 guest with ease, welcoming them in, multitasking to prescreen their needs so that he could prep and pull product as they were walking up to the counter. He listened to the customer as he was working and answered their questions seamlessly. I give the young man 5 stars and Verizon a 2 for being short on supplies which inhibited his sales, lack of help and no management available. I hope Verizon recognizes his skills and that his is an asset to the company and rewards him.
He also upsold and suggestive sold accessories. Wow!

Alfonzo was knowledgeable, patient, and explained all our options. They didn’t have exactly what we wanted so he found it for us at a different store. Store was clean and covid-safe, would definitely recommend.
Great experience! The sales rep Tavis (not Travis) was an absolute professional. Explained everything along the way and helped with any questions I had during the process. He spent a few hours working with me to get all set up. His can do attitude and helpful mentality was a breath of fresh air! Get that man a raise!
Great experience from start to finish. I consider myself pretty tech-savvy and likely could have transferred everything from old to new phone. However, I was in the neighborhood and decided to upgrade in-store. Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and transfer all necessary information. He pointed me to a screen protector and case meeting my personal specs. In a little less than an hour, I saved time and piece of mind letting Nick do all the hard work for me. A big thank you to Nick and the rest of the team at this store. Professional, courteous, and timely.
