  The staff here is great. Mostly I worked with Tom, although everyone else was nice and helpful as well. They're friendly and authentic (not like, forced smile customer service vibe), which I really appreciate. And they're knowledgeable yet not arrogant.
  
  I went in for a boot fitting/adjustment with a really tricky pair of ultralight touring boots, and they managed to put in a great insole, heat mold the liners, and punch the boots out over multiple sessions while keeping them in tact, even though my boots aren't really meant to be punched out. They warned me it was risky and could ruin the boots, but since I really needed some room they were willing to give it a shot anyway.
  
  There were a few hiccups in the process since we were kind of going into uncharted territory with these boots, but Tom was meticulous about fixing them and doing a really quality job, and was extremely fair in what he charged me for the whole process given how much I asked of them.
  
  Anyway, great friendly shop with lots of integrity. Highly recommended.

  Brand new to snowboarding and was looking for my first pair of boots. Walked in to the shop and was welcomed immediately by friendly and genuine staff. Stu was patient and answered all of my questions since I am new to the hobby. Walked out with my first pair of snowboarding boots and I feel confident and happy with my purchase.   Jeff helped us find skis, boot and bindings and based on the experience, I would highly recommend this great, local ski shop. Jeff was very knowledgeable and nice, and we felt the opposite of rushed, even though we were there late. We had a great customer experience, and now we’ll be coming here for all our skiing needs. You will definitely be taken care of well if you come here.

  Fantastic ski shop! Really knowledgeable about their products, fit, and gear. Excellent selection and prices; definitely worth stopping by to browse or buy. They have excellent prices on gear tune-ups and a trade-in plan for kids gear too.

  My skiing is finally improving again after years of boot pain.
  Purchased new boots and the incredible Armada ARV 116 JJ skis. Thanks to Morgan who took the time to make sure I had the right boot fit and versatile skis well suited to variable Sierra Nevada conditions.
  
  Having an absolute blast with this boot/ski combo and only wish I had bought them sooner.
