He works with quality products and he stands behind his work. He has worked on at least six of my personal cars and 10 of my family's and we have never had a single issue. The latest one he worked on was my 2015 tundra platinum. He did ceramic tint. his shop is new but he has more experience than that. “A woman under the influence ran a red light and T-boned my 2017 Mercedes Benz CLA 250. The police called Eagle Towing and Mark arrived on the scene. He was so unbelievably helpful and kind to me during this traumatic incident. I had no idea what to do or where to start and he told me exactly what i needed to do step-by-step. My car was a total loss and i was in the middle of moving, so the car was full of expensive and designer things. I was so worried about things being stolen because i was in an unfamiliar city and had no one here to help. I begged him to please not let anything happen to my belongings while i went to the hospital. Mark reassured me he would not let anything happen and would take care of everything. The next morning, i went to the tow yard and the front desk lady (i forgot her name) was so helpful and kind as well. I was injured at the accident and was limping. she couldn’t let me into the actual cage, but she helped me take my personal items out of the car and put it in my rental so i can go home. Really, this is such a nice group of honest people who made this really traumatic experience a little less difficult by just being kind. Thank you for your help and your business.”

“On my way home on Friday evening, my car radio started to turn off and on and eventually my car just stopped running. They are the only auto repair shop open late till 8pm. After speaking to Pam, their lovely office staff, my car is towed at Arden Village Service. They close at 8pm but they waited until my car got there and completed paperworks so it can be checked the next day. My suspicion was correct that the alternator is not working after speaking to Adam, their service advisor. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair. My car is fixed by noon the next day. They also checked my car battery and fully charged it. Very pleased with their excellent customer service, honesty, and prompt service. I will start bringing my car at this place for regular maintenance moving forward. Thank you so much for fixing my car!!”

“Thanks Paul!! Another great experience at Big O in Boulder Boulder. I get my all-season tires swapped with snow tires twice a year and have never had issues with service or prices. Service is fast and the entire crew is friendly and professional. Never any up-selling—just the facts and honest options. I recently went in to swap my snow tires and they checked my breaks (standard process) I was told that the front has reached recommended limit but the rears were still good for a while.. it would have been easy to simply recommend that I get all four replaced but honesty seemed the priority and so I just replaced the front so I could spread out the cost (still reasonable and competitive!). I have also never had issues leaving valuables in the car. Big O has my business for life! Thanks Paul and team!”
