“My Mazda CX-5 was just serviced for a routine oil change and checkup. They are still open for appointments and they had an opening for me to be able to come in the day of. This was my first time coming to this service center. The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful in getting me setup for the appointment. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and they walked through everything that would be done. They gave me a time estimate and showed me to their waiting area that was filled with water and snacks. Everything was spaced out and felt safe to be able to move around without coming in contact with others. I wore my mask the whole time, as did a few other customers who were getting their cars serviced. They finished early and I was able to get out of their in just over an hour total. They walked me through the service, charges and what they anticipated would be needed in future visits if I choose to return. Overall it was a wonderful, no nonsense visit that took care of my car maintenance without hassle. Definitely will return for the next service.”

“Excellent experience with Joe and Matt!! In June I had just bought a used Toyhauler and took it on the first trip to Sac to meet my parents at an RV park. As I connected the city water it was leaking, so I thought I’d just fill the tank and deal with that connection later - water came gushing out from under the trailer... all of this was checked when I bought it a week prior... anyway, I was a wreck, I called a bunch of places on a weekend, not knowing what I was getting into as I was very much still learning about Rvs and knowing that a weekend might not present any repairs. However I called River City RV Repair and got ahold of the owner Matt. He was busy but graciously send Joe out to see what the situation Was - Joe was awesome! He dove in and fixed the city water connection and discovered that my tank was cracked. Joe was excellent answering my young kids million questions as well as mine. Joe came by The next morning to finish the work and plastic welded the tank and so far it’s been holding up great. There was a small miscommunication from a new gal but Matt corrected it and for that I’m forever grateful too! Fast high quality service and reasonable pricing especially being an emergency call. I really only have excellent things to say about River City RV Repair - Matt & Joe! Thank you!”

“Not the fanciest place I’ve stayed at but definitely a decent stay. Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. I had an absolutely excellent, lovey and professional front desk clerk help me check in and out by the name of Leslie. Very great person. The rooms very decent nothing crazy. Gas stations do sometimes have people gathered at nights but nothing to affect your stay. If you need a drink, downtown is just down the street along with the famous Old Sacramento. Check it out!”

“OCT 15 2020 I went in today and I was literally losing hope. mind you this was the 3rd Bank branch of golden 1 that I went to. Because we are in the process of purchasing a home and my lender need it last couple information. but I did not know how hard it was just to get a STAMP, SIGNATURE AND DATED on my recent transaction for OCTOBER. However as I was losing hope as I walked into Golden 1 on 1330 florin Rd 95831 location christian McClaskey LITERALY SAVED MY DAY BECAUSE AT THIS POINT I WAS VERY OVERWHELMED AND WAS READY TO CRY! FIRST LOCATION WAS driving from college town location golden 1 bank (at that time I had a sitter if you are a mom with 2 boys you will know how hard it is just to run to the bank for a quick second) SECOND location was Golden 1 branch on RUSH RIVER location they print my October transaction but could not deliver a signature??? now to my 3rd Location as I VENT to Mr. McClaskey about what I went through he explain to me why they could not deliver what I needed. but as I was expressing about everything he agreed to signed my OCTOBER TRANSACTION. STAMP, SIGNED AND DATED. THAT'S all I REALLY NEEDED but it was so hard to just get that info. I came on here to say THANK YOU Mr. McClaskey you don't know how much it mean to US. now we are on the way to closing on our FIRST HOME IN 2 weeks. how exciting is that? very exciting.. thank you from a mommy of 2 boys that literally was crying inside my car because I kept on getting turned down.
