Just like the doctor and team that took care of me, I am a professional and my time is extremely valuable. I understand getting behind, but no one ever offered an explanation or an apology for why three doctors were so far behind. Good customer/client/patient service would dictate over communication might not have been a bad idea. Having been a patient of numerous Novant physicians and services, this is my first experience of this nature. I struggled in deciding what rating I should give, but decided the rating should reflect my appreciation for the results of the surgical procedure. But I would encourage you to investigate how these incidents could be eliminated or at least handled better.”
