Both were thorough and explained what they saw and what needed to be done. Austin found evidence of prior termite activity that I hadn’t noticed before. “Nice hidden spot off the 160. Lots of grass and trees. They have tables and bbq pits. Good spot for fishing and taking your boat out. There's only 1 tiny area that has somewhat of a safe area to get in so you can swim so you have kids get there early. There's port a pottys. 5$ to park. No camping”
