“My story: I met Jessica back in 2010 when I signed up with a gym and she was my trainer. Jessica has a great passion for wanting to teach you good eating, proper exercise and weight management. Jessica gives you more then what you pay for, if you are having a hard time she will listen and guide you if she can. Her method is different but so is everyone. If you are looking for a trainier or boot camp class that will give you results then join Fit Body by Jessica but remember you have to put in the hard work and dedication or you will not succeed. Jessica is a professional trainer. I recommend her to anyone who’s serious.”
