“Purchased an outdoor fire heater and paid over $400 for it. Pretty disappointed on Father’s Day after working hard to put it together that it does not work. I have sent an email, called and attempted to chat with no reply or response. Hoping to get this resolved soon but not feeling very hopeful. The two stars is because it seems like a nice piece of equipment…….if it worked ……….update I was quick to review negatively but received an email today about fixing the issue. Glad to know their customer service equals that of the product received. If my husband gets the heater her had always wanted fixed then I would give this company an easy 5 stars!”
