  I seriously love this dealer it’s the second time I purchase a car here and a first time for my husband. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The customer service per usual was awesome they don’t force you into buying a car like other dealers, they are there to help you with your needs and to accommodate you greatly in what you are willing to pay. One of the team leaders Jose Ramirez was very patient and helpful in trying to get us the best offer we wanted. Emmanuel was also very nice and courteous. The process was super easy and quick we needed to be somewhere and Jose made it possible for financing to have us out right away. I am a very satisfied customer. ????????????????????

  This was my first car buying experience and Citrus Motors made it the best experience ever. The staff was super helpful and amazing with the whole process. Kenny and Jarel helped me get a sweet 2019 Ford Fusion that I love and the process was quick and easy and even helped with the car apps. Jasmine in financial explained all the paper work really well and made signing everything super easy. 5 stars, and if I ever need a new car I will be back

  Thank-you to Kenny for making our car buying so easy. He found my wife the Explorer she wanted and had us in and out quickly. It really couldn't have been easier. We had a remote key replaced and the service department was also helpful.

  This was the best experience ever buying a car. In and out in 2.5 hours. No pressure at all. Told them what I wanted my payments to be and they made it happen without having to haggle or keep going back and forth. I will always go back to Citrus Ford !!!! Best customer service ever and I left extremely happy not exhausted. Go check them out seriously.

  Having visited other dealerships where the sales pressure was high, Citrus was a refreshing change. They were patient allowing us to drive lots of cars. Once we had decided they helped us find it. We would definitely recommend the dealership
