This is one of the best Chevrolet dealerships that I have ever been to. Robert in the service department is absolutely outstanding. He not only goes out of his way to make sure that all his customers are taken care of, he also has the utmost respect and professionalism with all of the customers that he comes in contact with. Robert, in service 5 stars! He really helped me more than he’d ever know. He was honest and was truly looking to help me with my vehicle issues. I had so many things wrong, or at least I thought. They checked out some things for me and didn’t even charge me. He helped discount a part that my warranty didn’t cover and I paid out of pocket. He also helped lower the total amount at the end. I was so stressed out! Even though I wasn’t expecting it to be 2 weeks to be finished (which isn’t a long time at all), just don’t realize how much you use your car, I was super happy at the end. My car is running fantastic! The only thing I’d advise, is Brain, his partner keep his word about “I’ll call you back in 20 min”. That could really change things quickly. Other than that, I’m super happy, best experience yet and I’ve been there plenty of times.
