  Service writer was very helpful with assisting in getting the approval from the extended warranty company. Rancho was able to get the part and get my Tahoe back on the road quickly. It doesn't seem reasonable that a 2016 bought in 2017 would have a condenser go bad, but it did. My regular warranty had ended in January and thank goodness I had purchased the extended warranty. Not sure if this is a standard problem with the air conditioner condenser, but I feel this product was inferior.

  Robert gave us excellent service. Not only did he recommend what I needed, he recommended what I didn't need. Very honest, indeed. You always expect it to be more rather than less. The car was ready on time as promised. I had family members recommend Rancho to me when I bought my Camaro and I have been with them almost a decade now. I will go no where else anymore. Excellent customer service.

  Nick made our whole experience fun and entertaining. I would definitely go back to buy another vehicle from here. He was down at earth and made us feel very comfortable about buying the vehicle or not buying the vehicle and what the best prices and options were for us. I didn’t even have to haggle I’ve got about $3000 off. “ and I didn’t even have to buy the high desert package” ????

  So happy with my new purchase! First time buying a car and the experience was awesome! I had the pleasure of being serviced by a young man named Wesley and he made me feel very comfortable. He offered refreshments and answered all questions without hesitation. As soon as I pulled in the lot he greeted my husband and I with a nice big smile and firm handshake. I will definitely be spreading the word about this place!

  Jeremy was our sales man and he was so great to us. Made the process so easy and made sure we got what we wanted and didn’t settle for anything less. He made sure we knew all the features the car had before we left the lot. He was amazing and would highly recommend going to him. We are so in love with our new car!
