This caused our home to sink 2 1/2”, tiles to crack, dry wall to separate, cabinet doors misalign, doors to stick closed shut or not be able to close at all and windows to leak all within 3 years of us purchasing the home. We contacted John. He took his time to respond to our detailed emails, asking us more in-depth questions and meeting with us before taking us on as clients. John, his associate Tyler, Paralegal Marc and office manager Summer have been a God sent. They worked with us for more than 2 1/2 years while we went through our litigation. Initially the sellers dismissed our claims as frivolous, but John and his team were able to put a solid case against the sellers.
