“Our son has been going here for 2 years. He is 3 1/2 now. He comes home and tells us about the continents, what month it is, what season we are in, he can count to 30...it's remarkable what he is learning! I feel he is safe with Sadaf (and her husband when he is there). It would be great if they were able to retain staff better, but sometimes that is out of your control, especially in a small setting like that. I do wish the food they served was higher quality/less junk, but to be fair we could make our son's own lunch and we choose not to, so it's really on us. But overall we have had a great experience there, and it's much less expensive than most daycare/preschools in the area but you are still providing your child with high quality care and teachings.”

For the first two months, to get the hang of the things, I took two personal training sessions a week along with macro planning. I then signed up for the online program. Weekly check ins are a must and really helped both of us understand how to adjust numbers if needed. I do have to say it took a few weeks to learn how to fit my favorite foods into my macros. But once I learned and started seeing results I was able to push myself towards accomplishing more than I thought possible. Jon was there whenever I had a question about food. He was Receptive, understanding, and encouraging.”

“Nice use if open spaces. Hard to give Nature less than 4 stars but honestly 3.5 stars because the trails do need some maintenance in some areas and better trail markers throughout. Nice elevation changes gives you some exercise so not an easy walk but nothing determination can't easily handle. Not too much shade if any especially mid day so be prepared.”
