Family dentist for a gazillion years. Staff is caring, knowledgeable, considerate and thorough. I’m a bad patient. I don’t always do the right thing. Dr Quiroz and team are always respectful and deal with the consequences of my issues gently and professionally. I most recently lost a filling I thought was associated with a surgical procedure. The staff went above and beyond to search my records to help me track down the surgeon. They did not delay in setting an appointment for a consultation of my issues and immediately referred me to a new specialist. Sadly I couldn’t get around being due for a deep cleaning and filling replacement too. I appreciate Family First Dental submitting the work for coverage instead of doing the work and handing me a huge bill. This allows families to plan for their care. A lit of practices don’t share this level of care and concern for their patients.
