“My son went to Rios K through half of 5th grade. We moved in 2015, but before we left it was a great school with amazing teachers. Obviously you aren't going to get great teachers every single year, but you learn to handle things. Office staff were always very nice and helpful. PTA is a good way to get involved with the school and parents. We deffinitely miss them. I went there as well in 1992-1994 and enjoyed it as a student. I had Ms. Karr then and my son had her during his time. She is a great teacher along with Ms. Woods, who was a very big influence in my son's school career. If we still lived in El Cajon my 2 younger kiddos would be attending Rios.”

“The managers have done such a beautiful job with maintaining this park as well as being polite and professional. The pool area is relaxing with built in bbq, plenty of seating and built in pergolas for shade. The location of the park is above the valley so we get a great breeze. The best part is we are far enough from the city to feel like we are in country but close enough to be able to do quick trips to stores, restaurants or anything else. Downside is we live in east county so it does get hot here but that's on Mother Nature. As long as you have an air conditioner the heat is no issue. When we purchased the home we had to get one installed and the process was pretty easy. The park managers where very informative on what was required for installation. Just a simple building permit and inspection and you are good to go. Most neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. You couldn’t ask for anything better.”

“Moved here over ten years ago. We may have overpaid for our (new at the time) dwelling during the peak of the housing market in 2006, but don't regret moving here. We've had a few nuisance neighbors over the years, but they've all been weeded out by park management. We live in a mostly quiet park, no crime, no deadbeats, beautiful sunsets and a cold pool during the summer. This community is located on the fringe of civilization, just far enough east to be tranquil (aside from the occasional fire truck), but located within a quick distance to the freeway. I commute to national city daily and it's only thirty or so minutes. Space rent is reasonable, park management isn't always riding you, you have annual inspections and get occasional notices for weeds or random things they frown upon being stored in your carport, but overall way better than any apartment living. There's just enough guest parking for friends to come over and we plan to be here until we can afford a home on private property. If you're looking to live in a manufactured home, I would recommend this park.”
