I was very grateful as it's been hard to communicate with some places during this time. She responded and was able to determine our needs over the phone. “I mail from here quite often due to my work proximity and they do great job at this location. I don't know their names but everyone I dealt with was very helpful. One time I brought a package for drop-off and lady noticed that I mixed up "To:" and "From:" addresses. She literally saw it from two counters away. They quickly fixed that for me by cutting and re-taping addresses. Just went there yesterday and the guy was walking through waiting line and making sure everyone's package/mail was correctly prepared for shipping.”
