“The staff at House of Scuba are very friendly, and all of them go out of their way to find solutions for their customers. Just recently I came in and asked for assistance in dealing with a manufacturing issue with a product they carry - but they had not sold to me. Tyler (one of the managers) not only helped answer my questions - she personally worked on my behalf with the manufacturer to get a warranty repair completed. She went the extra step in maintaining communication with me and to keep me apprised of the steps along the way. She, individually is a caring, committed employee of the shop - but genuinely cares about the customers in her shop. Mike and Jason (the owners) lead by example…and their managers (Tyler is one of them) not only practice what their policies require, but exceed the requirements and bring a flare of family style in the way they treat their customers. House of Scuba has earned my respect…and my business. Thank you Tyler for all you do.”

I have gone to many other bike stores and this was an exceptional experience. They didn't have the bike size that I wanted and he promptly ordered one from the warehouse from El Cajon. “My partner and I are full-time RV'ers and have been on the road almost 3 years. We've seen a lot of RV parks/resorts, and one thing we've realized is how the park is run, and it's staff, is a huge key to a nice stay. Michelle has been so amazing and runs this park like a pro. She was kind, and enforced all of the rules that ensures a nice stay. We've extended our 1 month stay twice due to how well this park is run; we intend to stay longer and return next fall/winter! The maintenance guys are always friendly and on top of reported problems and they keep the grounds in nice shape. If, by chance, the leadership of this park is listening; you have a great staff here at Santa Fe and I welcome a call from the ownership to discuss how well your staff is doing. On that note, it is not the quietest place, but the location cannot be beat for all that San Diego has to offer. The laundry room is modern, clean, and has newer machines. I highly recommend a stay here. Have a great day!”
