(December 18, 2017, 3:01 am)Customer support is some of the best I've ever received in any industry. They always take care of me and then some. The location of these particular zipcars is great! Take the free shuttle from the airport to the car rental place and then follow the signs to the 3rd floor. Fast and easy! As a frequent zipper on a college student discount, I 10/10 recommend. It's the best under 21 car rental option in the nation --always there for me even when it seems nobody else is. I LOVE Zipcar.
