  Daisy the manager is great! After leaving the other 2 stores on san ysidro boulevard I was on my way to change to cricket due to the horrible experiences and lack of english speaking personal. The customer service on the phone couldnt speak good english and yelled at me when I asked to speak with a english speaking rep. As I walked by I noticed a happy rep in this store and figured Id give it one more shot. After all I was only trying to pay my bill! Well Im glad I did! Daisy was so nice even after I snapped at her because of the mood the other 2 stores put me in. Happy to say Im still a metro customer and a new owner of a brand new smart watch. (that I don't need and was not looking for lol) Thanks Daisy other employees here in San Ysidro Ca. could reallt use her great attitude!

  Came here to San Ysidro MetroPCS Daisy was only one here and she is a super worker and gave me the best service I was really happy that she was the one attending me

  I had an excellent experience at Metro PCS San Ysidro. One of the managers Viv was very knowlegable about plans and extras for the phone. And explained on the new plan.

  I was walking by and I seen three girls outside right away said Hi and stared asking me questions about my phone. Between the tree of the convinced me to switch to Metro from Cricket. Even though I am paying a Little more I get a lot of benefits. To hey also hooked me up with a free phone and one for my brother because we both switch. I highly recommend this super because the girls will talk too you too figure out your needs. Daisy helped me switch everything from one phone to the other . Grecia and Mary helped me set up my Amazon and my brother's too. Very professional and caring ladies at this store.
