“We moved here from New York about 4 years ago. My children started in the preschool of SDJA and have been there ever since! Currently, our children are in the lower school and are excelling in all areas. For example, my son and daughter are reading above grade level. The small class sizes and constant attention they receive keeps them engaged and on task. The teachers are constantly creating special experiences for the students, and therefore the lessons never get old. For example, with all the rain that San Diego received my daughter’s teacher created a multi-sensory lesson. The students were asked to create small sailboats from materials found in the classroom. The boats were then tested on the makeshift pond that was formed on the playground from all the rain. The students made predictions and took notice on what worked best and what needed to be changed for future sails!”

“I want to say that I have never had a more pleasant experience at a doctors office, than I had today. The nurses are absolutely understanding and treat you like a patient should be treated. The receptionist went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were fulfilled. The doctor who saw me was extremely polite and actually cared about my physical pain unlike other doctors who would not take me seriously. Blood work was done and the process was one of the least painful I've had to go through, considering the fact that I am afraid of needles. I would not hesitate to bring my family here without a doubt.”

Whether she was just having a bad day or maybe my review brought this to her or managements attention, I do always like to correct or update my reviews if they improve, and they have! I will state tho, that as a fellow business owner it is important as owners to not only comment and thank the positive reviews, as I see you do on here, but you should also address the ones where YOUR PATRONS are leaving you constructive criticism as you could have lost me as your patron. To be honest I really hoped to have heard back from management as I spend over $50 there every week!!! So just some friendly biz advice from one owner to the next OLD POST:I have been to this location several times and have never had an issue in fact I have been above and beyond happy with the customer service as well as the quality of the food I have received. However to day I placed an online order that was submitted at 3:00 p.m. and was to be ready at 3:15 p.m. I alerted the female behind the counter at 3:10 p.m. that I was there she had me sit right near the register. I saw her put my food into the to go bags and then set it on the back counter. Then she proceeded to walk toward the back and chit chat and hug a friend walk around talk to another coworker in walked past me a total of 5 or 6 times without acknowledging me. At 3:30 I finally inquired as to what exactly it was that i was waiting for she told me she did not know. Then proceeded to ask me what my name was again then went and gave me the order that had been sitting on the back counter for 15 minutes with no apology. My salads were warm my French fries were soggy left a little bit upset may or may not return customer service goes a long way. And considering that my order was for around $58 it's a bit upsetting.”
