I was not feeling overwhelmed or rushed. It was definitely a stress-free and fun experience. I found the dress I wanted less than 30 minutes. Prior coming to this store, Ive purchased another dress from a different DB store, and management at this store went above and beyond to make sure I can do the switch without having me drive 1.5hours to the first store. The dress that I found was beautiful but it needs a little bit of adjustments. Ken did a great at job at making sure this dress fits me perfectly with the alterations. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with invaluable feedback. The timeframe for the alterations is pretty fast and reasonable which takes away a lot of my worries. Overall, great experience from a welcoming, experienced, and supportive staff! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress.”

“This is the friendliest place in town. The manager is a fun person to talk to. She showed me all the air rifles and explained them to me in detail. She knew every part. When I made my decision, she went in the back to get it, but it was gone. She called around until she found one, and then went to that store after work and picked it up, she called me and said I could pick it up at my store. I never experienced such service and dedication. I would tell you more about her experience with products of the manly nature (guns) but San Diego is a town that has no men, just scared little boys and I don't want anyone crying themselves to sleep tonight. Anyway until Gaven shuts this place down, you really should check out the hunting and fishing products. They are top of the line, and the people here really know their stuff. I'll shop here over Bass Pro. And Cabellas doesn't have anything of better quality. Plus most shops act as if they are scared to sell you legal products, Big 5 is not one of them, they take pride in being American. Give them a try for your camping needs, you'll be glad you did.”

But if you really want to save money you can shop on Tuesday because they have 10%discount on Tuesdays. It is pretty organized store. I like the one in Poway more than one in Mira Mesa.”
