“This park has been such a welcomed addition to the Mira Mesa Community! The wide open fields are great for my toddler to run around, and release his energy. But the highlight, by far, is the wonderful and modern playground! There is a little kid and big kid side. The little kid side has a great sand box. The best part is the sail shades over the playground equipment, which provides much needed shelter especially during the hot months! There are plenty of benches and tables for picnics. Lots of parking on both sides of the park, plus beautiful landscaping! One of my favorite parks in San Diego!”

“For my living situation, this works for my studying right now with a personal work desk and a power outlet for my laptop. I would really prefer a better living situation, but society doesn't reward hard working skilled professionals all that well anymore. It does get pretty loud in there with kids, so I usually just have my headphones and get in the zone. Also, why does the library have such descrimination against working people hours? I mean if you work a 9-5, forget about the weekdays and the weekend hours are restricted? All in all, it's kinda ghetto and old, feels like my old public school with writing on the desk and such haha. Guess that's kinda nostalgic.”

“Amazing and impressive customer service. I live in the East Coast and I was trying to purchase an item for my daughter's birthday that was on sale and was not available for purchase online or in stock in any of the stores nearby from were I live. Therefore, I looked for the item in stores near Los Angeles, California (I have friends in the area that were willing to help pick up the item for me). This was the only store that had the item in stock. I called to inquire information regarding the amount of time that they could hold the item for and explained my situation. I initially spoke to Brad and he took the time to listen to all of my questions and address my concerns. He was very helpful in offering a solution that best fitted my needs. He said that he could speak to his manager Shawn in order to find a way to ship the item directly to me without going through so much trouble. I then spoke to Shawn, who was also very helpful and attentive. He helped me through the purchase process, he gathered my information for shipping purposes and sent me an email with the tracking information. I am currently waiting for my item to arrive and there I don't have any better words to explain how grateful I am for their help. If you need anything I am sure they will do their very best to ensure that you get all the help they can provide.”

“Subway restaurant was and is always a great choice, lots of options including my favorite the Veggie Delight, you can always ask them to create your ideal sandwich. I hope they will add more plant based "Vegan" foods and options. The staff is friendly most of the time although they get extremely busy and they're not well paid. Please give them a good tip when they do an awesome job.”

“I love this Ulta location. The staff really impressed me. They were caring and helpful, and best of all seemed so authentic. Sometimes it is hard to shop in a place where everyone looks so stunning and perfectly made up. These gals are gorgeous, but also kind and laid back. I recommend it just based on the staff. But, I love how this one is set up. It is such fun and full of treasures. I have had many a great night exploring it. :)”

“I like this store. I bought a few nice shirts and blouses which are pretty pricey elsewhere. You really don't have to wait for any sale to buy anything. But if you really want to save money you can shop on Tuesday because they have 10%discount on Tuesdays. It is pretty organized store. I like the one in Poway more than one in Mira Mesa.”

“The pharmacy had only one person working, but she worked hard and was very polite. It took us about 30 minutes to get a flu shot, but sometimes good customer service can reduce the wait. Plus, we had an option to go to another store or wait (the pharmacist was honest about the wait, and did her best to accommodate the long line), we chose to wait. Overall, I will come back and fill my next prescription here, hopefully, that day they will have more staff. The store (CVS) was clean, but the bathrooms (next to the pharmacy) were the worst I have seen in years (go next door to FedEx if you need to use the bathroom), however, I won't lower my review stars over the bathroom issues that most likely are managed by CVS (and not directly a result of the pharmacy).”
