“This is a nice trail. The scenery was breathtaking and the atmosphere was peaceful. The trail was perfect for hikers of all levels, with a short and mild slope that made it easy to navigate. It is early March, we just got lots of rains last few weeks that makes the mountains covered in green grass. The view was absolutely stunning and made the hike even more enjoyable. Additionally, there was a small stream that added to the tranquility of the surroundings. There are also friendly mountain bikers who were always courteous enough to announce the number of riders when passing by. It was great to see everyone enjoying the outdoors and being respectful of one another. The hike itself was about 2.7 miles long and ended at a beautiful waterfall. If you are looking for a peaceful and scenic hiking experience, this trail may be the one.”

“Really large dog park for all size dogs. There is no separation of size or weight. There are a bunch of benches and chairs here, mostly placed under the trees to catch shade. The center of the park is all dirt, no shade or trees, and the outskirts of the park (with trees) have weeds underneath. Overall, still an alright park because it's huge and plenty of room for any size dog. There is also a cement building bathroom for humans directly outside the back of the dog park! Super awesome.”

“A great little park overlooking the gorgeous San Diego Bay! Ample parking. However, if you go on weekends, get there early; parking lot fills up very quickly. There's a small playground for the kiddos. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Police presence is constant, to ensure safety. Lots of benches and tucked away spots for awesome picnics or just a quick nap!”

“This is a spacious recreational area with two large-sized playgrounds and multiple gazebos with plenty of seating for larger group activities. The recreational area offers plenty of space for parking as well as lots of open grassy areas for playing football, soccer, tag, baseball, cornhole, frisbee, hide and seek, etc. There is also a miniature golf course, basketball court, and a pool with a tall water slide. At the time of this review 6-24-22, the pool was closed. There is an RV park attached to the park with laundry facilities. Both the RV park and the recreational area require reservations.”

“Spent my whole life in Southern California frequenting San Diego among the other beach communities and somehow a couple weeks ago was my first visit here! I was so impressed by the facilities here. Kept clean all around the park, and the park is open to the public making it perfect for families where not all members will be participating in rides. It’s also actually right on the beach which is rather nice as you can spend a day at the beach and enjoy multiple faucets of entertainment. I was actually here as a vendor for a wedding, and this was as great as the rest of the park. It’s a private terrace lover looking the park with a beautiful sunset view and accommodations. Love it here.”

“What a wonderful community! It's a small congregation but everyone here is warm and friendly. I felt welcomed from day one. I truly enjoy the little ways they celebrate Mass, from everyone getting up and shaking hands to the whole church meeting in the middle to hold hands and say the Lord's Prayer together. They offer child care during service and many, many opportunities to gather outside of Sunday service. Their sermons are liberal and inclusive with singing throughout. I have enjoyed my time here and thank God I found this community every week.”

“After the unexpected death of my mother in law we contacted the Clairemont Mortuary. Being from out of town, it was very stressful. Jennifer Berry was extremely professional, helpful and caring. She guided us along the way of what needed to be done and expected, as we were totally clueless. Her patience, prompt answers and guidance made the last journey of my mother in law flawless. We cannot recommend the Clairemont Mortuary enough.”
