“This facility has been under new ownership for almost 3 years. My dad has been a resident for 8 months. Since he has arrived, he now sleeps through the night, eats almost every meal served, and laughs a lot with the staff who calls him papa. He receives regular baths, a shave and nail trimmings. The large open area affords him views of the hills and birds outside. I appreciate that his room is always clean. The staff and management are quick to respond to any needs or questions. They are working through some remodeling right now, but are very sensitive to the residents' schedule and peace. This is a welcoming and warm environment. Many times I have seen workers just sit and hold the hand of various residents during a quiet evening. It truly is a family environment.”

Every time I bring one of their sandwiches to my son's baseball game people always ask me where I got them. Their salads are also fantastic. “Great little neighborhood park. It has a very nice fenced in play area, a short nature trail and it is a dog-friendly park. So far everyone I’ve ever encountered there is friendly. I love it! Things to know: • There are plenty of trees and plants • A sidewalk type trail • A few picnic benches • Dog-Friendly (so be aware that there are dogs off-leash) • No bathrooms but they do have a porta-potty Play area • It has a soft rubberized ground covering • It has multiple sized slides • It has two regular swings and two toddler type swings • Plenty of structures to climb on • No shade inside the fence • I recommend bringing a blanket to sit on if you want to sit inside the play area as there are no benches or tables inside the fence. You can sit on the rubber surface but it can be dirty at times.”

“Kirk helped me out of a tight jam doing great work. He's a no nonsense guy from the Eastcoast who knows how a home should be built, and more importantly repaired. He is busy, as is his friend Mike of Sequoia Roofing and Solar, who did my roof and solar together. However, it's been my experience both guys try to fit a person in if there's a real emergency. Kirk showed me the where and why something needed to be repaired, such as rotten siding replaced vs. just painted over. He also showed me how the original builder should have used a flange to keep rain from getting behind the lower level siding. His guys work hard and I was impressed how fast they dug a trench from the street to the house, for a powerline upgrade - it was hard clay, full of roots. Kirk even delt with a nightmare-neighbor, who'd been an issue with most contractors who came over to the house. I will continue to have Kirk and his guys work on the home, and highly recommend him to others.”

Both of them together make a really great team and I would highly recommend either of them.”
