She has always taken the time to listen to me, asks pertinent questions, helped me find a new GP when I was unhappy with the one I was going to, and recommended that I seek a 2nd opinion on a different health issue that did not involve obgyn issues...and it ended up that she was correct in having me seek out that 2nd opinion! She goes the extra mile. Just recently, I developed an extremely painful UTI late on a Saturday night. Her partner, Dr. Trong (I believe that's her name) actually answered the call herself and called in a prescription to an all night CVS for which I had the number. No dealing with a service, call back time, etc. I am very pleased with Women's Integrative Health Care.”

“Dr. Jessica Collins is a talented surgeon. I required some minor surgery and had postponed it for as long as possible. I had hoped it would be avoidable, due to potential complications. In the end, after discussing it with several doctors, it became clear that surgery would be necessary. I started researching local surgeons. All of her patient reviews were favorable, she attended excellent schools, and her publication history indicated experience in much more complex procedures. She also displayed a higher degree of competence than other doctors with whom I spoke. Her style is very modern, presenting information with the assumption that her patient will make a final decision. The procedure was relatively painless. I felt a small pinch which disappeared with a little extra local anesthetic. After a year, the scar is barley visible. Judging by the results, her surgical skill is very good.”

“Dr. David Chao: For 18 years, since my breast cancer surgery, I have struggled with range of motion with my left shoulder – after your amazing talents were put to work on my shoulder – I wanted you to know how much you have improved my life. It has been years since I’ve been able to pick up a coffee cup, a half gallon of milk, and raise my left arm above my shoulder. One day after surgery – not only was my pain level less than before – but I only required ONE pain pill post op the day after surgery. The video that you provided to me was the most fascinating video that I have ever seen – I am addicted to watching your work inside my shoulder. When I spoke to Shawn – he answered all my questions on what the video showed, and you certainly are a MASTER at that type of surgery - I don’t know if many patients really like to watch their surgery, but I have always been medically oriented and it is absolutely riveting to me as I watch your grabbing the pieces of bone and sucking them out of my shoulder.
