“I ordered 2 large pizzas and a side of garlic knots for takeout. One of the pizzas was the spinach and tomato, but I received a veggie pizza instead. It was very disappointing, since I don't like mushrooms or banana peppers. I called the store and spoke with a team member. He offered to remake the pizza to correct the error and said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. True to his word, the pizza was ready when my boyfriend arrived to pick it up, and he brought me home a perfectly cooked, hot and cheesy, spinach and tomato pizza. They even remembered to put on the onions I added to my original order. Thank you for correcting this so quickly - that pizza was amazing and delicious, and truly made my day! I appreciate you making it right, and will absolutely order again from your store!”

Why I am writing is to tell you that I have found a physician, Dr Jesus Lao, who truly understands and can treat the many, complex dimensions of my pain. Once a month he asks me questions about symptoms that I had almost forgotten. He does not miss anything. He always questions the efficacy of my current treatment. He suggests new therapies. He listens to me. I have the option of telemedicine, but I prefer to go to his office and see him face to face. Mrs. Lao is the office manager. She is so very gracious and treats me with such kindness. Dr Lao spends a generous amount of time with me. I am well cared for.”

I have a hysterectomy by Dr Rodriguez 18 years ago and the staff asks for a urine sample ...to see if I'm pregnate...Really....not very sharp . Too bad that Dr's have stupid staff that make patients so upset.”
