“A few years ago, our remote control that operates our home theater system was no longer working. The folks who installed our system in 2005 were long out of business. I was so lucky to find Seth and Aire Theater who walked me through options and re-programmed everything for us. Any time we have a glitch (usually it's due to our cable provider), Seth has been there for us very quickly helping me troubleshoot, as recently as yesterday, he called after he had left the office and his suggestion did the fix. Highly recommend them.”

Yesterday I was helped by a very nice and helpful young man named Reagan and eventually the other employees including the manager helped me too. I was treated like royalty.
