This was the Thursday before the New Years holiday week end. Was able to secure an appointment for the Tuesday after the Monday holiday. I thought that was great until I received a call later in the day from Colleen the scheduler at N. County ENT and asked if I could come in the next day Friday - before the holiday week end. Obviously that was REALLY great. Met with Dr. Berry who diagnosed my issue. My interface with Dr. Berry was excellent - couldn't have asked for a better consultation. Colleen also deserves kudos for arranging my appointment before the holiday weekend - and as a new patient!”
