“Hotel overall was nice. It seemed well-maintained which was a good first sign when checking. My room was clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked great. Pool was not too crowded and the hot tub was great. Parking is $15 to be in the garage or you can park on the surface lot for free. It's a good central location to the freeway and grocery stores and coffee shops you may want to use when traveling. I did not use room service or make any room requests, so I can't rate those experiences. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Poway.”

“5 stars and I can tell you we had 2 more stars that became very close with during one of the most difficult times in my life. Those two stars would be our star coordinator Mary Jane, whom still reaches out to me and my family to comfort and support us after losing our loved one. The other superstar in my heart was our amazing nurse Sidney. I had 24/7 access to the one person that understood what I was going thru and what was needed before I asked but also a friend. I never felt alone or lost in this really difficult time. If anything Sidney gave me the tools and the strength to take care of my loved one the way they wanted to in the end. I'm so very grateful for this company and everything they offer. What a blessing to our family.”

The 45 minute classes give you a great workout in a short time, which I appreciate since I don't get much free time to work out. The instructors each have their own style and are truly amazing! “I was in a rehab the second time in my life where I decided to take it seriously with vulnerability and openness. So, one day Shane happened to take us on a tour to check out this sober living and honestly I was quite skeptical because I’ve never been informed of sober living but for some reason Shane not only convinced me but did it in a way where he explained the ins and outs of how they run their program. The love, compassion and grace that the roommates have for each other. A couple weeks later I decided to finally Move in the moment I discharged from rehab which by the way Shane and Zack was beyond kind enough to offer me a ride to go straight here so that I continue my program without any breaks. . Now, I’ve been here for over a month now and I’ve experienced a new family, happiness, compassion, love, these guys are my brothers that I plan on keeping in my life forever. ALL BECAUSE I WAS OPEN TO TRYING SOMETHING NEW. “There are SO many amazing things about this apartment complex and I'll try to keep it short but it might be hard! I had a great tour experience when I first moved in. This apartment blew every other apartment I looked at out of the water. The standard of living is so high and fit what I wanted perfectly. They have a market which is extremely convenient when I need a few last minute items for my dinner, they have a large gym with FREE workout classes 4 times a week, a bar in the clubhouse, they have 5 pools (huge plus that they're salt water), and did I mention a food truck every Wednesday?! Amazing and heals my inner foodie. The community is always spotless and clean, and I never have to worry about any homeless people roaming around the area. Mission valley is a pretty decent and safe place to live, and the village only adds to the feeling of safety. If you have a dog, you'll be pleased to know that there is a dog park and a walking trail around the entire community. I've also had to have maintenance come to my apt and they have always been extremely quick, efficient, and friendly. I have literally nothing bad to say about this apt complex, and it is so refreshing to live somewhere that actually cares about their residents. I plan on living here for awhile!!!”
