“I've been working with Ozzie for just under 2 months now for tightness, aches, and lack of mobility in my both of my hips, upper gluts and lower back. I am a commercial fisherman in Alaska and my body was broken after fulfilling a contract at the end of the summer, I could barely walk and was having trouble sleeping because of the pain. Working in my condition wasn't possible. My expectations were high and were exceeded by Ozzie's knowledge of the condition my body was. In the short time I saw Ozzie were were able to increase the mobility in my lower and upper body using his soft tissue techniques as well as the static stretches. I write this with a commercial fishing contract approaching within 5 days in the Bering Sea of Alaska.
