“I am really happy with the treatment I've received from Dr. Rode. I played volleyball in college and recently took it up again. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing a lot of neck and shoulder pain and numbness down my arm. One of my friends suggested that I see a chiropractor. I had never been to one before so I was unsure of what was involved. I have tried acupuncture in the past but not chiropractic. I was having a flare up that was really bothering me and it was starting to affect my performance on the court not to mention everyday activities like driving so I decided to give it a try. My friend suggested Rode Chiropractic. Dr. Rode is really nice and knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. He did an examination and x-rays. He really took his time going over the x-rays and explaining what the problem was and recommending ways to treat it. I am happy to say the treatments worked. I no longer have the neck pain and numbness in my arm and I am back to playing volleyball - pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Rode!”

Pappy's cash only but is located around a few banks and offers an atm inside. Free water/soda while you wait, super clean facility in and out. I've had Gehrig for all of my cuts, who does an amazing job every time. Poway needed a barbershop like this. Come support your local barber, don't waste your time going anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.”
