She was very nice even as she was telling people that there would be a five hour wait or a one hour wait. She took their complaints and was still pleasant and professional. The services were completed in a very professional and quick manner. When I returned for a test read, the same kind attitude was displayed. Great hiring and training for pretty tough positions.”
