Service could be a bit better seemed a little short staffed (no one checked on our table after receiving the food or asked if we need dessert or check etc). “Very busy today, yet the staff were all kind and courteous. I asked for fresh beef and broccoli and said yes to a wait. After I paid the cashier wrote my name down. Then another employee asked what I was waiting on, I said b&b she talked to the cashier. 2 minutes later I was handed the b&b, away I went. Get in my car and another gal said hey Ryan, your b&b. I said I already got it, she says well have this also. Sure thing. At home and ate what I could, the rest is for another time. 2 previous experiences here and the staff were not so pleasant. I am happy they were all nice today. I would say above the standard!! So thank you, not just because off the extra b&b, just genuine courtesy from staff made the difference.”

“So everything about Jersey Mike's food is great! The staff was friendly and place clean. But I didn't give 5 stars on service because for years they would ask if we wanted our sandwiches cut in half, etc our we would ask for it. Not here. Not only did they serve them while, but when we asked for them to be cut, they said they don't do that. It was everyone in our group. They did after us asking again, and we did so very nicely. Some in our group were timid about asking and we are all over 60 and we realize the young folks don't want to deal with us and it would slow down the very short line but when sharing a footlong or a ½ it needs to be cut. They staff wasn't rude, but they simply said they don't cut the sandwiches. So it made more work for them because they wrapped and bagged it, and then after I brought them back up to the counter, they had to unwrap, etc, to cut and then wrap all over again. It was silly. There were 5 workers there, so they weren't short staffed and there were not people waiting in line. So this was a really off day maybe but I hope they aren't really considering the move to not cut sandwiches for easy handling.”

I chose a firecracker crust which is supposed to be spicy, but I don’t feel spicy at all. I also chose spicy marinara sauce which is not spicy either…. I chose a lot of toppings and half pepperoni & half chicken as meat. I ordered a combo with a small salad, total is $21. Uhmmm, a little bit pricy, because the salad is kinda very small. Overall, the flavor of the pizza is nice, not amazing, also not bad.”
