“We are glad we chose CM of SD for our home remodel (two bedrooms and a bathroom). Rich and Natascha were great communicators and it was evident they actually cared about us and our home. When we researched them one of their prior clients used the word "integrity" to describe CM of SD and we would do the same. This was one of several phases of our whole home remodel and earlier we'd used a big design build firm. While they got the job done (at a very high price) the experience was stressful and lousy. We felt like we had to be the project manager and it was evident they saw us more as a business transaction rather than people wanting to improve their home. We had an entirely different experience with CM of SD and highly recommend them. Rich dealt with all issues by keeping us in the loop and presenting options. If we weren't satisfied with something he made it right. He was always positive, solution-oriented and timely. “Bringing in a self-shaped board to be glassed can be pretty intimidating, but Alan is knowledgeable, kind and patient. He will take the time to explain the pros and cons of specific types of glass jobs, but will not pressure you into getting something you do not want. He is experienced with both professional and beginning shapers, and his experience really shows in his product. I brought in a board I shaped for a friend and he did an awesome color job. I asked for a color swirl with epoxy resin. Intricate colors can be really tough to do with epoxy resin, but the finished product I received looks amazing and really exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be going back to get all my boards glassed here in the future. Thanks Alan!”
