“I pulled up to Ed Hanson's at 7:30am and they had me in the stall at 7:35am. Their customer service and attention to detail is second to none. They didn't try to up sale me on anything and in fact showed me ways to save money. The did a walk through of my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and showed me problem areas and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. They showed me how to take care of my exhaust system and also explained how I could optimize it. I am going to have them make me a custom exhaust when I return. Tended to follow the projected timeline largely, although there were inevitable delays at various points, not unexpected with a moderately large project and the need to coordinate multiple tradesmen. Expensive, but needed by us since the project was largely conducted while we were only available remotely.”
