“I had to take my service dog Ninja there for breaking out in hives and had a hard time breathing. The facility was very nice. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The doctors handled Ninja with much respect and while I waited on my dog the front desk lady was very nice. I wish I knew her name but I do know that she has twins. We had a great conversation. It made my whole experience great. My service dog came out looking and feeling better than he did in a min. Much props to this place.”

“This place was awesome! Cajun and BBQ ! Both were authentic , the BBQ was actually very impressive. We went on a Thursday night which I highly suggest as the local Jazz radio station has the mic and the bands were amazing. Drinks were not terribly expensive, staff was great, food was really really good, but the music and atmosphere on a Wed took the cake. Would go back again and probably will even though I live in Ocean Beach. 10/10 would recommend again!!!”

“Beautifully kept property! The hotel is older but has been very well maintained. Our room was nice and clean and didn't look dated at all. It was very modern looking and I felt comfortable walking around the grounds with my children late a night. The pools and hot tub were excellent (although the pool was a bit chilly for being "heated" in my opinion. This was in April). Overall, a very nice place to stay. It's away from the crowds but just minutes from attractions like Sea World. I would stay here again.”

“The customer service reps (Dave & Brandon) were both very in tune to my needs and were very helpful and courteous. They got me in and out within the time frame they said it would take. I walked around the building killing time and would poke my nose into the open spaces simply to look inside and view their facility. Whether I was inside or out, all the workers were pleasant asking if I'd been helped. More businesses should be so customer friendly. Good job!”
