“I almost rated 1 star just so that people avoid coming here because this is my favorite location. The atmosphere is great and there aren't many people. Sometimes I end up being the only one at the location. The only downfall, which is a big one, is during the school year when Helix gets out they become extremely packed for around an hour to an hour and a half. They go well over the occupancy limit. Other than that, headphones aren't needed at this place.”

“When you start with a therapist here they say, “if you don’t think I am the right person for you, you can find someone else. It’s not a problem”. Or something to that effect. I have seen 3 counselors in total and the third was a perfect match. Personality doesn’t match or you don’t like their methods so you move on and thats ok. I say everyone should try therapy, it’s been amazing for me. Really helps to sort my thoughts, my self doubts, understanding myself and the people around me better. I go every 2 to 4 weeks. I take away a star because appointments book up fast and sometimes its a month or two before I can book an appointment. They allow you to book appointments in advance but if you forget your kind of screwed for a month. Good luck to all of you out there in need of these services. Taking the steps to get help aren’t always easy but its a step in the right direction.”
