“We found this deli based on the existing Yelp reviews so we decided to try it on our way back to Tucson. We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman who we found out was a partner there. I ordered the turkey, bacon and guacamole sandwich. He asked if I wanted crispy bacon, which was such a nice touch because I love crispy bacon. I was then able to add different vegetables. My boyfriend got the Italian sandwich which he absolutely loved. We then asked if we could get a bag of ice to go since we couldn't eat the whole sandwich. They packed it up for us nicely and gave us ice in a bag. We will return! A+++.”

“My experience living here was great. The property itself is beautiful and has great amenities. All of my neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was perfect; hardwood flooring, kitchen island, marble counter tops, stylish light fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. Maintenance requests get resolved quickly and they are always so friendly. Security is constantly walking the property so I always felt safe even though the area is not the best and is on the up-and-coming. Kelsey at the leasing office is amazing! She always made me feel cared about and welcomed which I personally think is very important since this is our home. The only slight issue, but did not affect my living experience overall, was robin at the leasing office. When trying to bring up a concern she was quite discounting and terse in-front of other residents. Other than that I would recommend this apartment 9/10.”

“Didn't get to taste the food because they shut down their kitchen right smack at the beginning of karaoke. We drove a long way and we were hungry. We ended up ordering a couple of drinks and singing one karaoke song and having to leave because the rotation was so ridiculously long and there was no food. KJ was great though! Would return just for her. A suggestion, if you're going to have a crowdful people drinking in your establishment it's a great idea to have food besides the fact that you'll make more money you'll have much happier customers.”

They have everything although, you are not allowed to bring alcohol if visiting Sycuan doesn’t hurt to grab a Truly and drink it for a good buzz before the casino vs spending $10 a drink at Sycuan, also if you are heading to the course and want to grab an affordable breakfast sando or tamale this is your stop!! FYI – came in the afternoon to just check them out and the next a.m to fill up.”

You'll need to be hungry because you're making a pot of flavor and then eating nonstop for like an hour. It's great. Don't wear white or anything that you don't want stained. Every seat is the splash zone. I have had Mongolian hot pot before. The ingredients here are higher quality. The two of us spent $150 with tip.”

“Pastor Robert goes above and beyond to make himself available for the community. I first came because a friend told me that this church was so friendly. I was having a rough time of it one day and I remembered my friend's words. I saw there were cars in the parking lot one evening and pulled in. The door was open. I stepped inside and stayed for the service. My heart was so heavy. I couldn't stop crying. The woman next to me was so kind. Afterwards, the Pastor and Music Director greeted me. Pastor Robert asked me if there was anything they could do for me. I shook my head. I was still crying. He asked me at least 2 more times. I said "no". Just prayer is all I need. He gave me his cell phone # and told me to call anytime. He offered to sit down and talk with me each week and that as long as I needed someone to talk to, he'd be there. In all my decades (I'm 66), of attending several different kinds of churches, never had a pastor showed me so much caring. At one big church I attended off and on for several years, I asked the pastor if he would counsel me. He said no and that I should seek outside counsel from a psychologist or psychiatrist. He said it was not personal because they didn't offer even to sit down and talk, to anyone. I left feeling let down. It turned out that I found out later that pastor was asked to step down because one time he did offer counseling to a woman and ended up having a sexual relationship with her. Just as well that he refused to talk with me. Such a contrast when I stepped in the door of this Alpine Baptist church. I have trust issues so it's been hard for me to reach out for help. I am so grateful for how this church made me feel welcome.”
