“If you are considering moving here there are several positives. I have been here for many years. It is quiet at night, the location is great, the building is clean, new construction so you don't have to worry about common mold issues here in San Diego, the property manager is conscious and wonderful. The downsides are CONSTANT landscaping every single day with benzene gas blowers coming into your unit, which is carcinogenic and very dangerous for your health. It is literally the gas blower capital of the world, and believe me I am not exaggerating when I say this. If you work from home, this will be a constant disruption that will impact your business in a negative way. I have spoken to the property manager about this on numerous occasions and it remains unresolved unfortunately. They come at random times and there's no way to track what they do and when they come. It starts at 8:00 a.m. and can continue all the way through to the afternoon with no way of knowing when that toxic gas is going to blow right through your apartment. There has been progress where they will occasionally use an electric blower however it is very inconsistent. If you have any sort of Health sensitivities please consider this very carefully. There is also regular pesticide used here. Other than that it is a nice complex. Boutique feel, carport parking as opposed to underground and conscious people who live here. We all feed the hummingbirds! UPDATE: Management has recently resolved the constant landscaping issue and they are coming much less frequently. VERY GRATEFUL 🙏🦄💜”
