“Both of my children have been going here since they were born. I can not recommend Dr. Bryan McDonald is the most genuine and caring physician. He will literally spend as much time as you need. He is so patient with each child and waits for them to get comfortable. He was so encouraging and helpful as a first time mom and now with my second, I drive way out of the way to take my children here still even after moving across town. He is always available and on call. He never seems annoyed and always answers. His nurse Maureen is my favorite! She is a true gem and I’m so glad he hired her about a year ago. The new woman at the front desk is also so kind and helpful. If you want a pediatrician and practice that cares and doesn’t treat your child like a number and rushing you on so they can fit in as many patients as possible - there is no better practice!”

I also love that you can create your own sandwich, cause I don't like the pickles and olives ???? I don't buy anything else other than the sub sandwich though, sods and chips here are a bit pricey. I wish they'd lower the price of the sub a bit as well. ????”

Always sparking clean, Bright, easy to get in and out if in a rush which I usually am being it's the airport and also downtown. The bathroom's are ridiculously clean, probably the cleanest I've seen in a long time. It seems like they clean them every 10 mins. and it shows. When I go to a restroom I'm Sorry I'm Old School but it's important especially now a days to have a clean and sanitized bathroom I don't need any viruses which I'm sure you can get from other establishments close by. “Casa Paloma is a wonderful place! The owners are thoughtful in all ways: in maintenance, decor and greeting their customers! We had the opportunity to stay in 2013 but with the busy-ness of a young family, I never got the opportunity make my review. In looking at the photos (2014), the place has been developed and well-taken care of. There is a serenity in the place that makes your first steps a welcoming one. Imagine coming off a long travel and arriving back home to a comfy living room, kitchen and bedroom and having all its comforts. It's like having a second home in San Diego! And, it has more space than a hotel room for its value. You've just walked out of your own home and transplanted yourself in San Diego. The courtyard in the back is tranquil with space to relax! You are steps away to having a nice neighborhood walk. The homes in the area seem tightly close together but it is efficiently private. The grounds are well manicured and the neighborhood seems so quiet that its an oasis! The owners did provide my family with an extra perk since we were new to San Diego area and provided helpful suggestions on what to do. It's worth coming over for the visit to San Diego and to come back to Casa Paloma. We are planning to come back someday and will check to see if they have availability!”
