“I have enjoyed my move in experience. I work 911 so I have long hours day and night. The office was very accommodating during the leasing process. It made the whole experience smooth. The amenities are being upgraded which is a plus. I am glad I picked this place to raise my children. The school is close by and I feel safe here. Location is great for all your needs. Maintenance is quick to respond. There were some items I needed to take care of and Richard and Darin made sure to make it right. I am impressed with the level of service. I look forward to experiencing the rest if the community. My only suggestion is communication when there are schedule changes.”

“This is a quaint little park that is nicely shaded and offers a very nice playground for children. The grass is well maintained and is surrounded by small hilltop apartments. There are two covered concrete tables. It only offers an outhouse.”
