Claudia and her husband Darren are the nicest people you may ever meet. They both greeted us and our puppy with enthusiasm. They are definitely pet lovers and Claudia knew how to handle a very nervous puppy. In under two hours, we picked up our puppy Marley and her grooming was exactly what we asked and were hoping for. We could not have been happier with Claudia’s grooming skills, hospitality and customer service. Not only did we find our forever groomer, but also made two good friends. “We purchased a two tap kegerator system at Beverage Factory in 2015. That interaction and sale experience was great and all has gone well with the products until a few weeks ago when one of the faucets gave way on its own, flooding our condo. Not fun. BUT! There was a five year warranty on the system and The Beverage Factory handled it with grace and swiftly. Kaylin facilitated getting a new faucet to us SUPER fast and provided a prepaid return label to return the old one to them for them to analyze what happened. They also sent us a part that we asked for for free. I really appreciate when a company stands behind their products and does not make you jump through hoops to utilize their warranty. Although we are now selling the kegerator system, this company was excellent from Day 1 to the end and we would not hesitate to go straight there if/when we decide to ever purchase more bar products in the future.
