“They did my carpet 2 weeks ago, 5 areas, the stains have not come back, it looks great!! My carpet is white, 30 years old and I had a wedding last month! I tried this new company because of the good reviews, they were a little bit cheaper than my previous company. The owner Vlad did the job with his wife. They were both discreet, courteous and professional. He texted me once to confirm, a second time 10 min before arriving. It took 48 h for the carpet to totally dry, which is expected when you have a very thick carpet, I placed towels on the pathways and it was fine. I have not noticed any residue and it feels good on bare feet. Job well done!”

“I had a nice experience working with Harbor Appliance. My GE dryer stopped working. Firstly I called GE and they told me the drive belt was broken. GE charged me quite a bit for the labor so I contacted Harbor Appliance. Rafael came and inspected the dryer carefully. He found that it is the broken Idler arm that cut the belt. I am very glad that he caught this broken part and replaced it. Otherwise, the new belt will be cut soon. My overall impression, they are professional and reliable. The service is punctual. They charge less than GE and act much faster than GE. If you are looking for a reliable repair service, I recommend Harbor Appliance.”
