“Looking for a reliable, well-run sailing tour company to take a group out to sail around the San Francisco Bay? The San Francisco Sailing Company is it. I have used this company two years in a row for a private charter excursion. Both times my party had a great time, with some attendees of the first year wanting to sail again this year. The largest sailboat, Santa Maria, has a capacity of 36 passengers with a captain and a first mate. With a $50/pp ticket, you get two drinks (beer, soda, or bottled water) served during the 90 minute Sail (start from Pier 39, sail towards the GG Bridge, see the Marin Headlands /Sausalito from a distance, Alcatraz, Angel Island, and the SF skyline). Very relaxing. The 90 minutes goes by very quickly. Both office staff and the sail crew are easy to work with, efficient, responsive. I highly recommend in a heartbeat using this company if you are looking to sail. They are also willing to custom tailor a sail tour if you are planning to have a private charter and will sail any of the 7 days in a week.”

Although the tour was not as long as we were hoping it was fun. We also were able to catch the shuttle to and from the departure site which was perfect enabling us to enjoy the day without having to find transportation.”

“Great location!! Beautiful courtyard, tons of Game activities, and great place to sit around the fire. There is a restaurant to grab some food and drinks, not the best food but will suffice. Big negative was cleanliness. We found a tomato under our bed and the bathroom was not very clean. The bathroom was dirty enough that my 13 year old son asked if it had been cleaned.”
