(February 13, 2020, 11:46 pm)I have been doing pilates for a while but this place tops any other studios i've visited before. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and attentive to the movements (even if you are in a group class). You sweat. You work your inner muscles. I feel stronger and leaner. An achievement that is difficult acquire from any other workouts. I was already an avid pilates enthusiast but i love it more than ever thanks to this studio. Please just try their apparatus class.
