“The second time I visit the beer chalet. Great location and excellent selection of beers. Upstairs is more upscale. Downstairs is perfect for happy hour. The kids can play in the newly renovated park while you adults indulge in good tasting 6 dollars cocktails and appetizers. The beer sampler is a fun thing to do.”

“If you're looking for a paved coastline hike or a walk in the sand, this place is for you. The pathway from the street has a long stretch of walkway that you can keep your feet and shoes sand free and opens up to the beach with a good amount of distance between the walkway stairs and the waterline (depending on time of year). It's beautiful no matter where you are walking and the sunset is hard to beat. Just be careful crossing the street to the walkway as traffic is fast. Use the crosswalks please.”

“Service great, our waitress "Maya" is excellent. I had the dungeness crab. It was warm and very good. Beer selections nice, and I did get to taste several before picking one. My wife and I shared a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie a la mode. ...it was wonderful. We intended to go to our favorite "Pacific Cafe"...but thought ..maybe the Cliff House" but stopped by Beach Chalet as we drove by...and we are Very Glad we did!”

“The San Francisco Zoo is one of the most acclaimed and outstanding Zoos in the country. They have their own parking lots and the Zoo is such a big venture that you'll see signs and be able to follow Zoo traffic from any highway any direction into the city and that makes it easy. There are many animals to see. It is very good place to take the kids along. We usually go for family outings to the zoo , it is really a nice place to spend the entire day cheerfully. There are options for so many activities. One gets to see so many species . Getting a membership is really a good option for families which have to take their kids for outings.”
