“I took my mom in on Wednesday for her appointment and the staff in the lab is very sweet and comforting. My mom doesn’t like needles much but the petite Hispanic( I can’t remember her name but had really good hair and hair clip )in the lab made it quick and my mom said she barely felt the pinch because of her keeping conversation and comforting and distracting her from what was going on. Very attentive and understanding”
