“I stayed at 1550 overnight after flying from Hawaii to San Francisco, on to Chicago. Shuttle drivers from and to the airport were timely, amiable, enthusiastic, and helpful. This was important to flyers who endured long and exhausting plane rides. Front desk manager was courteous and kindly explained all we needed to know about the room and amenities. The room decor was average but the room itself was clean and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The amenities were sufficient. The 24hr free coffee, tea, juice, and water were a big plus. I was also kept abreast of my reservation, including instructions on catching the shuttle.”
